I understand that the pressures of work can sometimes get stressful. In response Martin yelled, better yet screamed at Helen - 'I knoooooooow!' 'I'm the person who called it in, I'm only one person! ' Embarrassed & verbally assaulted Helen turns to me with a soft almost tearful apology, & a faint glimpse of a smile & begins working again. As Helen, my wife, & myself approached Martin, Helen mentioned to Martin that we were unable to locate a working kiosk. Who with a belt of cash, and a yellow shirt indicating he had the ability to redeem money tickets. While in route to two additional cash redemption kiosks that were also out of service, we unfortunately crossed paths with an employee by the name of Martin. Confused also Helen immediately gathered her supplies and equipment, 'Please follow me' she responded. She stopped sweeping to point out two separate kiosks that were red boardered, also out of service. The first notable employee I could locate.

Upon cashing out my winnings, to my surprise multiple cash redemption kiosks were out of service. A detailed requirement to be eligible was that I must to earn 5 same day Boarding Pass Points.
